The Stuka first saw service in the Spanish Civil War. Then it was used against Polish civilians in 1939. Early on, it was fitted with a wind-driven siren that uttered a banshee scream at maximum dive speed. The NAZIs called it Jericho’s Trumpet, and used it to terrify people below.
Ju-87 Stuka D-3 is my favorite dive bomber. It can carry 2x250kg and 1x1000kg bombs. And it’s turret is extremely good for defending yourself. The Stuka is my personal favourite. It's very easy to learn how to precision dive bomb without losing all of your altitude, and you can reliably strafe soft ground targets. These sirens can be heard 1 1/4 mile at 70 mph airspeed, and over 2 miles at 195mph (Cassutt Air Racer full scale). Siren sound of stuka in 4k ..how can a sound only be played in 4k resolution? Surely the same sound would play even at 240p. And your computer doesnt seem to like running in 4k, so Id suggest lowering it to like 1080p for better framerate. The stuka makes that sound, yes.

It's based on how fast the plane is going iirc. Shouldn't it sound like 1:02 for ground units ? that is the more common sfx we tend to hear in relation to stukas (and planes diving in general). It sounds like it was recorded from a ww2 microphone I assume, but we dont know the position of the microphone in relation to the plane or the quality
