I decided for Xbox and the reason was the kinect and that EVERY Xbox would be sold with one, so that would push a lot development and dedicated software for the kinect. I was very happy with my choice but, the moment Microsoft made the kinect an optional purchased to lower the price, the kinect died and I felt betrayed.
